CLIENTS MUST PLACE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS IN A SANITIZED PLASTIC BIN AND ARE NOT TO BE TOUCHED UNTIL THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE. (THIS INCLUDES CELL PHONES)

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POLISHES ON THE RACKS. WE HAVE COLOR SAMPLE RINGS FOR YOU TO SELECT YOUR COLOR. IF YOU DO PICK UP A POLISH PLEASE HAND IT TO YOUR TECHNICIAN SO WE CAN PROPERLY DISINFECT IT. 

PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20-30 SECONDS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE. 

WE WILL ONLY BE ALLOWING CLIENTS WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS TO BE IN THE SALON AND LOBBY. ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. (THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN)

PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE OR OUTSIDE UNTIL WE CALL/TEXT THAT WE ARE READY FOR YOU TO ENTER THE SALON. THE DOOR WILL BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES SO A DOOR CODE WILL BE PROVIDED. 

IF YOU ARE SICK YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT NEEDS BE AT LEASE 14 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN SYMPTOM FREE (THE RECOMMENDED TIME FRAME PER CDC GUIDELINES). CANCELLATION FEES MAY BE WAIVED FOR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS. 

IF YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN YOUR SERVICE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND ENFORCE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FEES. 

DISINFECTING AND CLEANING WILL BE DONE BETWEEN EACH CLIENT. OUR ONE TIME USE IMPLEMENTS ARE DISPOSED OF AFTER EACH SERVICE AND OUR REUSABLE STAINLESS STEEL TOOLS ARE STERILIZED AFTER EACH SERVICE.

DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES AND TO REDUCE CONTACT, EXACT CASH OR VENMO ARE OUR PREFERRED METHODS OF PAYMENT.

AS MUCH AS WE LOVE OUR CLIENTS, PLEASE DON'T BE OFFENDED IF WE DO NOT GIVE YOU A HUG OR HANDSHAKE.

CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO USE STREET PARKING. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON P STREET BETWEEN 20TH & 21ST STREET AS WELL AS ON O STREET BETWEEN 21ST & 22ND STREET.  

WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING BEVERAGES OR SNACKS. 

BY CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT THROUGH SQUARE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE SALON POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE CONSENT FORM PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SALON.

PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:

  • CLIENT CONTACTS NAIL PURIST BY PHONE OR TEXT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
  • REMINDER AND CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT ARE SENT TO THE CLIENT FROM SQUARE PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT (72HRS/48HRS/24HRS)
  • CLIENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT THROUGH SQUARE  


DAY OF APPOINTMENT:

  • CLIENT CAN TEXT THEIR TECHNICIAN TO LET THEM KNOW THEY HAVE ARRIVED FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT (NOT REQUIRED)
  • TECHNICIAN WILL TEXT/CALL THEIR CLIENT AND PROVIDE THE DOOR CODE WHEN THEY ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER SALON
  • TECHNICIAN PUTS ON CLEAN MASK AND APRON AND WELCOMES THEIR CLIENT AT THE DOOR
  • CLIENT PUTS ALL BELONGINGS IN SANITIZED BIN (INCLUDING CELL PHONE)
  • CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO WASH THEIR HANDS
  • CLIENT READS AND SIGNS THE SALON CONSENT FORM
  • TECHNICIAN WILL GET THEIR CLIENT SETTLED IN AT A MANICURE OR PEDICURE STATION AND PROVIDE THE POLISH COLOR SAMPLES 
  • THE TECHNICIAN TAKES A PHOTO OF THE CONSENT FORM FOR SALON RECORDS AND WILL TEXT/EMAIL A PICTURE OF THE FORM TO CLIENT IF THEY WOULD LIKE A COPY
  • TECHNICIAN WILL WASH THEIR HANDS
  • THE TECHNICIAN WILL PUT ON NEW GLOVES. (IF THE GLOVES BECOME CONTAMINATED DURING THE SERVICE THE TECHNICIAN WILL REMOVE THEM, WASH THEIR HANDS AND PUT ON A FRESH PAIR OF GLOVES.)
  • SCHEDULED SERVICE(S) WILL BEGIN
  • AT COMPLETION OF SERVICE(S), CLIENT WILL GATHER THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND PAY FOR SERVICE(S) (EXACT CASH OR VENMO PREFERRED)
  • TECHNICIAN WILL RESCHEDULE CLIENT FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS IF DESIRED
  • TECHNICIAN WILL WALK CLIENT TO THE EXIT 
  • TECHNICIAN BEGINS SANITATION AND DISINFECTING PROCEDURES OF IMPLEMENTS AND ROOM IN PREPARATION FOR THEIR NEXT CLIENT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY
